Researchers: Drs. Joanne Weinberg (PI), Tammy Bodnar, and Charlis Raineki


We are investigating the role of the immune system in health for adults with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). You will be asked to complete questionnaires, play iPad games, have your picture taken, provide a small blood and saliva sample, and have a study doctor take some routine health measurements.
Eligibility: BC residents between the ages of 22 and 50+ who have an official FASD Diagnosis or who were not exposed to alcohol prenatally
Location: UBC Campus (LSI) (2350 Health Sciences Mall, Vancouver, BC) or BC Women’s Health Centre (4500 Oak St, Vancouver, BC)

Reimbursement/Time: Participants will receive monetary reimbursement for their participation. The study will involve one visit lasting approximately 3 to 5 hours (or less).
